This is sumthing i wrote in a religious forum couple of days before.I dont mean to create any religious mayhem among us .but i hope this will be sumthing for those who may have confusions abt islamic laws and philosophy. So pls no offense!!!Its a reply for sumone who had chaos abt an islamic fact.

Im a Muslim and im also sumone like u who luvs to research on different religions. I use to get daily quotations and other religious stuffs from belief net.com.....and i check on the debates seldom if theres an interesting topic...and i found that u have great esteem for other religions apart from urs ..so do i.. i respect all other religions and i dont write on religious matters ..cuz i believe its the belief that beholds sumone deeds and creeds.but as i read ur first opinion mail with the subject ..'Hello from a christian ..... and 4 a specific phrase u wrote .(i will mention it later in this mail )....i feel like giving u sum knowlede abt it .....

Ummm initially ..to be genuine I ve never send a reply to any one on this site cuz i feel the answers provided by the beliefnet referers are optimistic.and also i dont reguard myself as a religious geek or sumone who knows best abt it..and one more reason that i dont quite advice ppl on islam or religion unless been asked. But for this fact i feel i do have the right as a muslim to tell u wut u feel queer abt our religion ...and the answerer natasha or sumone i guess . havent reposte to this piece of sentence u wrote like this " And I've found a few surprises. There was one verse I actually laughed at. After all this stuff about alcohol being forbidden, did I really read a verse cautioning one not to pray while inebriated or was that a western mis-interpretation?! It seems that Islam, while setting very high standards, does realize that people are all too human.

well u r right as in the last phrase ....yaa Islam do realize that people are all too human .........and well lack of islamic culture and belief may confuse u ..dogma cannot be achieved by vigor ....cuz buying a quran and reading its translation can create lot of chaos ......i do undesrtand it .....cux i have gone thru the same situation .but i feel ur phrase was kinda mockering .... spcly this part "was is it western misinterpretation ................. it sounds pretty ironic ."

well for ur information dear .. the fact that quran posseses the repurcussions is..... its is perfect and it holds all the human values but the err for the non muslims cud be that quran only reflects......... it is not like a book created by humans .its is extremely inhuman.wut i mean is quran will not show specific headings like :who are muslims?what are the duties of a muslim? How u can become a muslim ?what they shud do and not do??? what are the punishments and rewards for muslims??

But in contrary .........The words of the Qur'an have both an outer and an inner meaning, the latter overpowering. Do not regard the surface alone, for the devil never regarded Adam as mere clay. The surface meaning of the Qur'an is like a human torso, features visible, but the spirit hidden. There are the answers for this questions related in the quran somewhere sum how .....but inorder to understand we need a better knowledge which reading it with the translation is not adequate ..and cuming to the point of ur phrase ...i dont blame u for been on a dillema abt it.cuz its logical..i do agree

well yaa there are verses forbidding alcohol .....but its doesnt mean the one who drinks alcohol is out of religion ..yaa thats why islam is considered as human ..more human than u ever think .....like allah forgives even vast sins made by us by deliberation or even spontaneous ....so for this u need to understand the pillars of islam ..which means if u trash this pillars u r no longer a muslim ..they are namely :
1.to believe that Allah exists
2.to believe that angels exist
3.to believe in judgment day (thats life after death)
4 & 5 to believe in his messengers(prophets) and the books sent to them
6.to believe in destiny

if u refuse to believe in any of these pillars u r out of religion.. it doesnt include indulging(drinkin alcohol o sumthing similar )...n other highly reguarded bad deeds...
these things are refered to as sins in islam ....if u commit a sin u will get the punishment on judgement day (thats for sure)but u r still reguarded as a muslim ..n also there are circumstances that u mite be forgiven for those sins .....and that depends on ur righteousness in other areas.... so to make us alert god has proven it as sins in lots of verses in quran ...which mite not be followed by muslims cuz we are humans ..so wut im trying to tell here is thoh sumone drinks ..thoh a person indulges ...he may pray for god and thats sumthing cumes under the do's for muslims ....we must pray five times ..for the sin he did he will get punished ..and for the gud deeds he do he will get the rewards....so its not surprising for us ..and well god cautioned us not to pray while inebriated cux he or she will be out of mind and the fact that he drank it doesnt mean he is free from all duties he had for god....hope u comprehend wut im tying to clarify....he shud be doing his prays in complete consciousness and by saying this im not enhancing that its ok for muslims to drink ..its strictly forbidden ....its not a muslim act .....but as far as he is human he can be slipped by various ways but he does have a chance to ask for forgiveness and correct his mistakes ..so whats the gag in the colliding verses abt forbidding alcohol and praying while drunk or incognizant..........
sorry if i sound too rebellious but im just been honest 2 answer u properly ....

It was God who made the hearts of the faithful serene, so that their faith could grow stronger. To God belong the armies of both the heavens and the earth. God is wise, and knows all.

-Qur'an, Al-Fath, Surah 48:4

Ps:Ive tried my best not to compare Islam with other religions,or criticize them ..bt if instinctively if u feel so pls dotn take it that way.Thanx dems :-)

dems, I am not into religions... I take religions as the way to divide people into believing.. We just need a name to put on what we believe... Religion is a division...because human are different... Dont fall for these things because who dont need to fight for your religion...Why...Because you dont need to... I saw an asshole here with an ID "fuckthemuslims" and that pissed me off... No religion is below any...we all have the good, the bad and the ugly (because that is what precisely human nature is about)... Adious S
